Position Overview

Location: THE PIG - at Harlyn Bay, Padstow, Cornwall.

Compensation: OTE per hour, including tronc.

About the Role

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Waiting Staff within our dedicated restaurant team. The restaurant serves as the vibrant center of THE PIG, where we pride ourselves on offering a menu that changes daily, focusing on ingredients sourced from our own kitchen garden and local suppliers.

As a member of our Waiting Staff, you will experience a dynamic work environment where each service is unique, enjoyable, and full of energy. You will collaborate closely with our kitchen team to present a menu that highlights seasonal produce sourced within a 25-mile radius of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming and informal dining atmosphere.
  • Deliver exceptional service while adapting to the daily changing menu.
  • Work in tandem with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
