Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at THE PIG. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving service quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality ingredients.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances.
