About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD) to take on the role of Service Manager at our Sea Lodge service in Northumberland. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of registered nurses and social care staff, ensuring high standards of care and treatment are maintained.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of registered nurses and social care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to service users.
  • Facilitate and coordinate clinical practice within the service to ensure best practice and high standards of care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of service users.
  • Work closely with the Adult Services Lead Manager to achieve service objectives and quality standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff to support them in achieving their roles and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Must have a RNLD qualification with significant post-registration experience.
  • Must be able to work shift rotas, including weekends and night-time working.
  • Must be able to meet the transport requirements of the role.
