Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing new relationships and developing commercial benefit from the on-demand PAYG customer segment for hazardous workshop waste.
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage a consultative sales approach to clearly establish full-service requirements and promote future frequent order placement. You will attract new and potential customers via proactive outbound calls with support from marketing collateral to self-generate and increase the on-demand pay-as-you-go client base.
Key Responsibilities- Research and target specified geographic regions for proactive outbound calling.
- Research and target specified customer sectors (typically workshop operations).
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects to target with support from the group marketing function.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for number of new business oil wins, volume, and value.
- Deal with all inbound PAYG enquiries escalated from customer services and track via CRM to closure stage.
A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including 29 days holiday incl. bank holidays, hybrid working, pension contributions, and lifestyle & leisure discounts.
