Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team in Northamptonshire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for following up and maximising every inbound lead that comes into the business. You will work closely with our internal teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. Your primary objective will be to achieve realistic weekly and monthly KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Qualify leads
  2. Contact inbound enquiries to discuss their business finance requirements
  3. Outbound calling to businesses to offer a finance solution
  4. Attend and lead face-to-face meetings, trade shows and networking events
  5. Work to realistic weekly and monthly KPIs
  6. Develop a strong pipeline
  7. Retrain customers by offering service reviews and always be looking to cross sell (maximising every opportunity)
  8. Offer a consultative approach to selling and enjoy getting to know your customer ensuring you offer them the best possible finance solutions for their business.

Salary

The salary for this position is £28,000 + a generous commission structure.
