Your New Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Financial Controller / Head of Finance to take on a key role in the Senior Management team and lead a busy finance department.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee all aspects of the company's financial management, including financial and management accounting, and review systems and controls to make recommendations for improvement.
  2. Ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant, and support current activities and future growth.
  3. Liaise closely with the Directors to ensure timely reporting and provide regular financial information.
  4. Attend Senior Management meetings, formulate strategies, and take ultimate responsibility for cash management policies.
  5. Provide meaningful management information and insight to support commercial decision-making.
Requirements
  1. The ideal candidate will be fully qualified, ideally with post-qualification experience in a similar Financial Controller / Head of Finance role within a commercial organisation.
  2. Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  3. Excellent team building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build robust working relationships and convey financial concepts to a non-financial audience.
