About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Reiss in London, Brompton Road. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the store delivers exceptional customer service, achieves targets, and maintains commercial and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the store
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability
  • Achieve targeted KPIs and exceed business goals
  • Inspire the team to deliver exceptional service through regular training and coaching
  • Implement and maintain effective operational processes and procedures
  • Support with recruitment and conduct performance reviews
  • Deputise in the absence of the Store Manager
Requirements
  • Previous retail management experience at a similar level
  • Passion for premium or luxury product (although all retail backgrounds are considered)
  • Proven track record of increasing overall business performance
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to lead a team
  • Strong commercial product management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated, focused, and driven to achieve team and individual goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
