We are seeking a skilled Pizza Chef to join our dynamic team at Harrods Knightsbridge store. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas from scratch, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizzas from scratch, understanding fermentation processes and cooking techniques.
• Manage kitchen operations, setting daily production levels and guidelines, and delegating tasks to the team.
• Plan and forecast stock levels, ensuring compliance with internal systems, including SAP and Workday.
• Enforce high standards of hygiene and sanitation in all food-related outlets, guaranteeing Food Safety standards.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record of hospitality experience, preferably in a prestigious pizzeria or high-end Italian restaurant. You should have a great knowledge and passion for food and drink, as well as excellent time-management skills and a strong customer focus.
