Job Summary

The Job People is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in a dynamic role that involves end-to-end recruitment. As a Multi Site Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the generation, interviewing, and inductions of candidates from remote locations around the Midlands and Staffordshire areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full cycle recruitment, including placing adverts, generating candidates for interview days, interviewing candidates off-site, and ensuring 100% compliance.
  • Matching candidates to vacancies and arranging interviews or inductions with clients.
  • Assisting The Job People's growth strategy by identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previous recruitment experience, preferably in an industrial or factory setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding set targets and KPIs.
  • Driving license and own car, as some clients are located in remote areas.

Working Hours

40 hours per week, with a typical schedule of 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4pm Friday.
