We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at The Job People. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for supporting the generation, interviewing, and inductions of candidates from remote locations around the Midlands and Staffordshire areas.
Key Responsibilities- Full cycle recruitment, including placing adverts, generating candidates for interview days, interviewing candidates off-site, and ensuring 100% compliance.
- Matching candidates to vacancies, arranging interviews or inductions with clients, and assisting The Job People's growth strategy.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience for both parties.
- Meeting and exceeding set targets and KPIs, including management information figures and client satisfaction ratings.
- Previous recruitment experience, preferably in an industrial sector setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Driving licence and own car, due to the location of some of our clients.
