Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing consultation to candidates of all levels within our specialist sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop relationships with clients at multiple organizations through various business development tools.
- SOURCE, SCREEN, SHORT-LIST, AND PROVIDE CONSULTATION TO CANDIDATES OF ALL LEVELS WITHIN OUR SPECIALIST SECTORS.
- Work alongside your colleagues, clients, and candidates in line with our four core values: collaboration, transparency, growth, and respect.
- Multi-task and prioritize workload alongside your team in an ever-changing, deadline-centered, KPI-driven, and fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish rapport.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

- Capable of multitasking and adapting to various challenges.
