Job Description

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our team in the Northeast region. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering a full suite of Building Surveying duties, including project management, contract administration, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work across a variety of projects, providing building surveying and project management services.
  • Assist in the development of new and repeat business.
  • Manage client relationships and deliver services on a project-by-project basis.

Requirements:

  • BSc (Hon's) Building Surveying RICS Accredited degree or similar.
  • Full member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, MCIOB or similar.
  • Proven experience in project design, leading multidisciplinary refurbishment and extension projects, up to c£1m capex.
