SENIOR BUILDING SURVEYOR - PERMANENT - £40,000 - £65,000

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is working with a major global infrastructure consultancy to recruit Senior Building Surveyors for a number of locations on a permanent basis.

About the Role:

  • You will be an MRICS accredited Chartered Building Surveyor with significant post-graduation experience, providing a full range of building surveying work.
  • You will have experience of working on major projects and will have carried out condition and measured surveys.
  • Your work will have included anything from statutory applications to party walls to asset management.
  • You will be able to use AutoCAD, NCS, and ideally REVIT.

About You:

  • You will be able to provide building surveying expertise to both existing and new clients, offering a full range of surveying services.
  • There will be some travel to carry out your duties, and travel costs for this are covered as expenses.
  • There is also some home working (hybrid) available for this role.
  • The salary range for this position is between £40,000 and £65,000, depending on experience and suitability for the role.
