About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and caring individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ethical value base, enthusiasm for assisting clients to live their lives to the full, and a willingness to learn and develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities- Support the client with medication management, moving and handling, and catheter care
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and social outings
- Provide support with appointments and daily living tasks
- Work collaboratively with the client's family and other healthcare professionals
- Enhanced DBS disclosure
- Full UK driving licence (aged 30+ due to insurance stipulations)
- Previous care experience (due to the client's complex needs)
- Comfortable working with dogs in the client's home
- Effective organisation and record-keeping skills
- Willingness to commit to long-term care for one client in a person-centred way
- Reliability, non-judgemental, caring, responsible, and compassionate
- Competitive hourly rate (£14.00/£14.50 for weekends)

- Annual leave paid at 5.6 weeks (pro-rata) per annum
