CereCore is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Systems Consultant to join their team in London, UK.

About the Role:

  • This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the development of pharmacy-centric and clinical-centric solutions within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) programme.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and programme colleagues to advance planning, designing, and building functionalities to deliver new workflows, ways of working, and structure of complex pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the implementation of departmental systems, including workflow analyses and establishment of benchmarks for determining successful project completion.
  • Undertake process mapping of current pharmacy-related workflows, involving meetings with colleagues, observation studies, and documentation of ways of working across HCA facilities.
  • Analyse business and user needs, document requirements for business solutions, and make recommendations for reengineering to best utilise capabilities of business systems and enhance departmental productivity, performance, and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge and dexterity with statistical analysis, spreadsheet, and other software programmes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to compile data and prepare reports.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience of working with cross-functional teams.

  • A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
