Job Title: Pharmacy Oncology Administrator

About the Role:

The London Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Oncology Administrator to join our team. As an essential member of our aseptic services unit, you will provide a professional and patient-focused service to our referring consultants and their patients attending our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Populate data by viewing schedules on Mosaiq and copying information about bookings into SharePoint.
  • Manage dispensary filing and archiving, including filing dispensed prescriptions and sending them for archiving.
  • Order sundries for the pharmacy using shared Excel spreadsheets and follow up on receipt of sundries.
  • Respond to billing queries from Finance regarding insurance company audits.
  • Provide quotes for patients/insurers based on treatment protocols under the supervision of pharmacists.
