Job Title: Pharmacy Technician - Oncology Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our team at London Bridge Hospital, a leading private healthcare provider in the UK. As an Oncology Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and administration of chemotherapy to patients undergoing treatment for cancer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deputise for the Senior Oncology Technician in the day-to-day running of the aseptic unit
  • Prepare parenteral cytotoxic chemotherapy for inpatients and outpatients
  • Provide pharmacy services to the chemotherapy day unit and inpatient oncology wards
  • Aid in environmental monitoring and support the training and development of rotational technicians and assistants
Requirements:
  • Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Experience in a busy aseptic unit and managing workflow
