- Coach and Mentor: Provide one-to-one coaching, quality assurance, and development plans to your team, working with a team of up to 10.
- Identify and Nurture High Potential Employees: Provide stretch and progression opportunities to high-potential employees.
- Hands-On Approach: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Design and Execute Customer Support Strategies: Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and Drive Strategic Initiatives: Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes, tools, and technologies, leveraging data and analytics to make informed decisions.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Customer Service.
- 3 years of experience in management of a customer service environment.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
