Electronics Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Design Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. As a key contributor, you will apply your academic knowledge to real-world PCB design projects, working on cutting-edge technologies and developing your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role:

  • Design and develop high-quality printed circuit boards (PCBs) for various electronic products.
  • Utilize industry-standard PCB design software (e.g. Altium Designer) to create schematics, layouts, and component placement.
  • Ensure PCB designs meet project requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with electrical engineers to ensure PCB designs align with circuit functionality and performance goals.
  • Participate in PCB prototype development and testing to identify and resolve design issues.
  • Prepare documentation for PCB designs, including manufacturing files and assembly instructions.

The Person:

  • This is an ideal position for a recent graduate with a strong foundation in electronics and a passion for PCB design and technology.
  • The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of their work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and effectively conveying technical information.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn are key to staying up-to-date with evolving technologies and industry best practices.

Additional Information:

  • The advertised salary is a guide and is negotiable based on experience.
  • Working hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Free onsite parking available.
  • Working in a supportive and collaborative team setting.
