About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team at Premium Country Pubs. As a Head Chef in Training, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of chefs to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase the best of seasonal ingredients.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, stock control, and health and safety.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food safety and hygiene.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
