About the Role

Campion Pickworth is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Credit Risk Manager to join their team in the West Midlands. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a background in retail banking, with expertise in COREP capital reporting and knowledge of the CRR and PRA Rulebook. They will participate in thematic reviews and change projects, such as IRB accreditation and implementation of new regulatory reporting software.

  1. Leading the delivery of submissions and regulatory input on capital and IRB related areas.
  2. Providing relevant regulatory reporting project work, supporting the build and test of new reports.
  3. Supporting the development, documentation, and maintenance of written policies and training materials.
  4. Aiding the development, documentation, and maintenance of procedures and process maps relating to capital and IRB regulatory reporting and other prudential activities.
  5. Providing ad hoc cover within BAU regulatory reporting activities.
  6. Maintaining the company's compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
  3. Providing guidance and support to colleagues on regulatory matters.
  4. Maintaining accurate records and reports.

Benefits and Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company also offers a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
