Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver strategic integrated marketing plans and projects for clients, working closely with our medical communications and specialist teams.
- Lead and manage a team of account directors and account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.
- Collaborate with our business development team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with key clients.
- Work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and revenue.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality client work, meeting or exceeding client expectations and objectives.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in a senior marketing or client services role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality integrated marketing plans and projects, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and growth.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of account directors and account managers.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and revenue.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience working in a global or international environment, with a strong understanding of different cultures and markets.
- Proven experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and technology, with the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing solutions.
