Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deliver strategic integrated marketing plans and projects for clients, working closely with our medical communications and specialist teams.
  2. Lead and manage a team of account directors and account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.
  3. Collaborate with our business development team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with key clients.
  4. Work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and revenue.
  5. Ensure the delivery of high-quality client work, meeting or exceeding client expectations and objectives.
  6. Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 8-12 years of experience in a senior marketing or client services role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  2. Proven track record of delivering high-quality integrated marketing plans and projects, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and growth.
  3. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of account directors and account managers.
  4. Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and revenue.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's and/or master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  2. Experience working in a global or international environment, with a strong understanding of different cultures and markets.
  3. Proven experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  4. Strong understanding of digital marketing and technology, with the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing solutions.
