Occupational Therapist Lead for Empowering Environments

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to lead our clinical teams in developing empowering environments where individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism can flourish. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work within existing structures to support service development and ensure quality assurance.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist who possesses excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. You will be responsible for managing a team of clinicians, developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of clinicians
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and quality assurance
- Work closely with the Clinical Locality Lead and Head of Clinical Operations to achieve service goals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and service policies
- Contribute to the development of the service's clinical governance framework
What We Offer
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
