Novax Recruitment Ltd is committed to providing high-quality support to families with disabled children. As a Child and Family Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the support provided to these families.

You will work closely with families, support providers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized support plans. Your experience and skills will enable you to provide a range of interventions to support families with disabled children.

To succeed in this role, you will require a relevant vocational qualification to diploma or HNC level 3, as well as significant experience of working with disabled children and their families. You will also need to have an understanding of the barriers faced by these families in a culturally diverse urban environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating support plans and ensuring that they meet the assessed needs of the child
  • Acting as a point of contact for families when issues arise with their personal budget or in times of crisis
  • Supporting parents in poverty, with mental health problems, victims of domestic violence, and those who are English language learners
