**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring cost control, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and motivate site teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement cost control strategies to minimize costs and maximize production.
  • Liaise with the Estimating and Surveying Departments to ensure commercial viability of projects.
  • Take an active role in Clark Contracts' Supply Chain Management Initiative to foster strong relationships with subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record of completing projects to tight deadlines and schedules.
  • Current SMSTS qualification and high level of Health & Safety Awareness.
  • First Aid and Scaffold Inspection Certificates.
  • Experience in all aspects of construction, including refurbishment and new build projects.
  • Ability to program projects and meet program dates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
