Support Worker for Children with Medical Needs - Reed

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Reed. The ideal candidate will have experience in caring for children with medical needs and a passion for creating a safe and supportive environment.

About the Role:
  • This is a part-time position, working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) from 9am to 2pm.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of a sociable 7-year-old boy during weekend outings, including managing his medical needs and personal care.

The role requires a flexible and adaptable individual who can engage positively with the child, support his social interactions and communication, and assist with daily tasks such as getting dressed and using the bathroom.
