As a key member of the British Airways team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven decision making.

With a strong analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail, you will be responsible for delivering insightful and actionable analysis to inform business strategy and drive revenue growth.

Your expertise in data visualization and storytelling will enable you to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders, driving business change and improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a self-motivated and proactive individual with a passion for data analysis and business improvement.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of digital performance and customer behavior
  • Delivering accurate and timely analysis to inform business strategy and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business improvement and implement data-driven solutions
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders to communicate data insights and drive business change

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders with varying levels of technical ability
  • Experience working with web analytics tools and ability to extract insights from complex data
  • Strong customer awareness and commercially astute with ability to see application of data insights to business problems
