As a Care Engagement Coordinator at HC-One, you will play a key role in planning and implementing activities for residents with kindness at the core.

This includes helping with fundraising events and giving residents confidence to socialise effectively.

You will develop activity programmes for vulnerable individuals with a positive and kind approach, utilising good planning, organisational, and IT skills alongside effective time management.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £17,500 - £22,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.

The position requires the ability to recognise signs of possible abuse and know what to do if concerns arise. Full training is provided, and additional training is undertaken in associated areas.

Colleagues are required to seek advice and report concerns.

A part-time 25 hour role offers benefits including paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, and a nutritious meal during shifts over 8 hours.
