Chair of Audit, Risk & Resources Sub-Committee

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chair to lead our Audit, Risk & Resources Sub-Committee, overseeing all financial aspects of our organisation, including corporate risk, audits, IT, and employer Health & Safety.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Accountant with experience of chairing strategic meetings to share their knowledge and expertise with our organisation and contribute to our Group Vision to Create a World Where Everyone Matters.

The successful candidate will have the ability to support the CFO in explaining financial analysis clearly and making recommendations to the Board, as well as expertise in internal and external audit functions, risk, and value for money.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Audit, Risk & Resources Sub-Committee
  • Overseeing all financial aspects of the organisation
  • Chairing strategic meetings and making recommendations to the Board
  • Supporting the CFO in explaining financial analysis and making recommendations
  • Developing and implementing risk management strategies
