Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Streamline Services Consultancy Limited. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing multi-disciplined labour for secured projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinating and managing multi-disciplined labour for secured projects across the UK.
  2. Scoping, surveying, and pricing tenders, generating quotations, and ordering materials.
  3. Client-facing interactions, ensuring a professional approach at all times.
  4. Supporting Project Managers in site meetings, driving outcomes, and maintaining accurate records.
  5. Programming, scheduling works, and labour allocation.
  6. Producing onsite dilapidations and validations.
  7. Developing and submitting RFIs and TQs, ensuring timely close-out.
  8. Leading by example in HSEQ best practices and compliance with company standards and legislative requirements.
Requirements
  1. A proven track record of delivering Fit-Out & MEP or Civil Projects to a high standard.
  2. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to chair meetings and drive outcomes.
  3. Strong understanding of client requirements, technical specifications, and project needs.
  4. Effective time management, delegation, and prioritisation skills.
  5. Familiarity with CDM Regulations, Principal Designer & Principal Contractor responsibilities.
  6. Experience in generating CDM PCI, CPP, and site plans.
  7. A logical and lateral thinking approach to problem-solving.
