About the Role:
As a Commercial Manager at Arguile Search, you will work closely with the Commercial Director to oversee and support the management of a newly acquired large contract with a prominent public sector customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT services, service reform, transition, and transformation programs, as well as continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Support the development and smooth operation of governance arrangements.
- Moderate risks associated with service penalties.
- Track obligations and handle any disputes that may arise.
- Identify opportunities for new services and margin improvement.
About You:
You are an experienced professional with a proven track record in financial and commercial management of large customer-facing contracts, either in the IT sector or broader technology industry. You excel in managing stakeholders and thrive in dynamic and uncertain environments.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in contract management of in-life service-based contracts.
- Ability to obtain security clearance.
- Experience working with public sector customer-facing contracts.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to identify risks and opportunities, as well as mitigation strategies.
- A background or understanding of project management would be an asset.
