Senior Contracts Manager

FM Conway Careers is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to oversee our Term Maintenance operations in Richmond and Wandsworth. As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the contract teams, ensuring a high standard of performance is achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring the service delivery of the contract
  • Overseeing and managing all client queries and concerns and seeing them through to resolution
  • Providing up-to-date budget and programming information at all project key stages
  • Managing the contract teams and ensuring a high standard of performance is achieved
  • Drafting, coordinating and reviewing contract documents with the project Quantity Surveyor and internal commercial/contract team
  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies through regular team meetings and site visits
  • Promoting business development through regular liaison with both existing and potential clients, maximising partnering opportunities

Requirements:

  • A practical and personable Senior Contracts Manager who has experience in managing Term Maintenance operations
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of contract management principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context
