Director of Client Relationships

A dynamic opportunity has arisen for an experienced client-facing Account Director who can drive revenue, profitability, and strategic development within a retail POS and print account.
This challenging role requires someone with a strong background in sales and a proven track record of managing and expanding client relationships. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and expand client relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Lead and motivate an account team to achieve financial targets and operational excellence.
- Create and execute comprehensive client account plans to retain clients and expand services.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior client personnel, ensuring consistent high-quality service and satisfaction.
- Ensure all services meet KPIs and SLAs, and maintain up-to-date client information within CRM systems.
- Actively manage account growth with accurate revenue forecasting, budget visibility, and periodic reporting.
