As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a small team of repairs and contracts officers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of repairs and contracts officers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent services to our residents.
- Contract Management: Manage and maintain contracts with external providers, ensuring compliance with council policies and procedures.
- Repair and Maintenance: Oversee the repair and maintenance of council properties, ensuring that work is carried out to a high standard and within budget.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our services.
Requirements
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience of leading and managing a team, with a track record of delivering high-quality services.
