The ideal candidate will possess excellent assessment and report-writing skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of the complexities of child protection and family dynamics.
About the JobResponsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of children and families referred to our service
- Developing and implementing tailored care plans that address the unique needs of each family
- Collaborating with multi-agency teams to ensure seamless support and coordination
- Providing expert guidance and advice to families navigating complex social challenges
