Primary SEN Teaching Assistant Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary school in Cambridge. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with special educational needs, enabling them to access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

  • Work with a dedicated team of educators to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote student engagement and progress
  • Collaborate with teachers to adapt resources and lesson plans to meet individual student needs

Salary Range: £25,500 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

In order to succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of child development and educational principles.
