Site Operations Lead

Job Description:
The successful Site Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient execution of multiple projects at various Rolls-Royce sites. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of site delivery professionals, promoting health and safety awareness, and conducting regular site manager safety audits.
- Supporting project risk management processes and implementing effective controls to ensure timely and safe project delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records of works completed and expenditures reported to the project manager as necessary.
- Liaising with the project manager to order general materials required for project completion.
- Leading the team to achieve successful project outcomes, managing and supporting individuals to meet and exceed business performance targets.
- Prior experience in external construction work, including groundworks, steel frame buildings, cladding, and drainage installation, is essential.
- Certifications such as City & Guilds /NVQ (or equivalent) in construction-related fields, SSSTS/SMSTS, JIB/BESA, CSCS Card, and First Aid are mandatory.
- Proficiency in IT software packages like MS Office, Fieldview, or similar tablet-based quality assurance software is also required.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and manage risks effectively.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience, plus overtime if required.
