Job Description:
As a Construction Operations Manager at Integral, you will be responsible for leading the safe execution of a portfolio of concurrent projects across various sites. You will ensure that all projects are delivered to meet our high standards in regard to health, safety, quality, cost and programme, while complying with current CDM legislation. This includes compliance with MS18 and COSHH regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the safe execution of a portfolio of concurrent projects
  • Ensure that projects are delivered to meet our high standards
  • Comply with current CDM legislation
  • Manage project teams and resources effectively
  • Monitor and control project costs and programme
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of CDM legislation and COSHH regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: £82,500 per annum
