Shift Quality Coordinator

About This Role:
We're seeking an experienced Production Shift Lead to join our team at Cranswick Country Foods in Watton. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for overseeing labelling equipment, completing paperwork, and ensuring a high standard of housekeeping and GMP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in achieving production targets and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork and documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to GMP guidelines
- Conduct regular checks using the Vision for Food system to ensure product quality and integrity
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in food production or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic level of written and verbal English
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and GMP guidelines
