About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Deputy Camp Manager to join our management team at Camp Beaumont. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for children. You will support the Camp Manager in running a multi-activity day camp for 3 to 14-year-olds during summer and school holiday weekdays. This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the overall success of our camps.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a UK/EU citizen with the legal right to live and work in the UK. A minimum age of 18 years old and availability to work during school holidays are also essential. Additionally, you should have experience working in a childcare setting, managing a small team, and possess bags of energy and enthusiasm. Passionate about working with children, you will have initiative and the ability to work independently. High-level safeguarding awareness is also a must.

The Ideal Candidate: Our ideal candidate will be able to lead and deliver a variety of engaging sports and craft activities, ensuring that all campers have a fun and safe experience. They will be able to communicate effectively with parents, staff members, and other departments, while also being proactive in addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
