Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional support to our clients through live chat, phone, or email, using your excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and proactive mindset.

In addition, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, addressing challenges, and improving processes, while seeking to understand client needs and providing solutions that drive satisfaction.

Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly in data entry
Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of an additional European language to support our global client base
  • An interest in the Human Resources sector
