We're currently seeking an Affordability and Vulnerability Specialist to join our customer operations team. As an expert in this field, you'll be working closely with our customers to provide them with the best possible service and support.

As an Affordability and Vulnerability Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Speaking to our customers throughout inbound and outbound telephony as our main form of communication and via email
  • Supporting our customers using third parties such as Paylink, National Debt Line and more
  • Working with our team to support the most vulnerable customers in our business
  • Ensuring that our customers receive the best possible outcome in terms of affordability and vulnerability

Requirements

  • Able to communicate effectively with customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Possess a strong understanding of debt and vulnerability issues
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure
  • Good English skills, both written and verbal
  • A committed team player
  • Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident in making important decisions
  • Drive to identify and implement change
  • Commitment to provide an outstanding customer journey
