Job Summary:
This role plays a key part in driving financial performance, improving forecasts, and ensuring operational efficiency across Enva's sites. As a Financial Performance Advisor, you will collaborate with Profit Centre Managers to enhance financial performance through forecasting, KPIs, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with Profit Centre Managers: Collaborate on strategies to boost financial performance by refining forecasts, tracking KPIs, and analyzing financial reports.
  2. Financial Forecasting: Create and review weekly forecasts covering revenue and costs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  3. Operational Finance: Integrate financial insights into day-to-day operations, fostering a culture of commercial awareness across the organization.
  4. Month-End Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for the finance team during the month-end process, including data reconciliation and analysis.
  5. Debt Management: Assist in managing slow and doubtful debts, coordinating with teams to resolve invoice and credit note queries.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Work with the Senior Finance Business Partner to analyze financial trends, optimize processes, and promote commercial awareness throughout the business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong experience in month-end accounting and business analysis. Proficiency in Excel, particularly with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with teams are also crucial. A part-qualified accountant (AAT or equivalent) with relevant industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
