About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Advisor to join our team at Teladoc Health UK. As a key member of our virtual care team, you will provide confidential emotional support to service users and offer guidance on mental health and other issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential emotional support to service users via phone or digital channels
  • Offer advice and guidance on mental health and other issues
  • Support clients to make applications for therapy via our myStrength App
  • Generate individual Risk Support Plans for patients based on risk assessments
  • Liaise with duty lead and follow risk protocols as necessary

Requirements:

  • Counselling Certificate Level 2 or 3, or Psychology degree equivalent
  • Mental health experience
  • High level of IT literacy
  • Right to work in the UK
