About the Role

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing a great shopping experience for our customers. As a Festive Customer Ambassador, you'll be responsible for helping to create a welcoming and engaging store environment, ensuring that our customers receive a warm and friendly welcome, and providing support to our colleagues during the busy festive period.

Your Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
* Build rapport with customers, ensuring they leave the store having experienced a great shopping trip
* Take the initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers
* Work well within a team and communicate openly with others
