Business Development Representative

Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity with Personal Group as a Field Sales Executive. In this role, you will be working with clients across the UK to promote our digital and traditional employee benefits and insurance products.
This is a field sales position that requires a driving license and flexibility to work away from home approximately 50% of the year. The base salary is £28,000, with potential to increase to up to £40,000 based on performance. You will also receive a fully expensed company car, private medical insurance, and other benefits.
To be successful in this role, you should have a keen interest in sales and be able to deliver presentations in a non-advisory capacity. Full training will be provided at our residential Training Academy in Milton Keynes, so previous sales experience is not necessary.
