Residential Care Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Care Services Coordinator to join our team near Evesham. This role offers an attractive salary of £60,000 per year, along with a range of benefits designed to support your wellbeing and professional growth.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience as a Registered Nurse with a current PIN on the NMC register.
- Proven experience of Good or outstanding CQC inspections from previous roles.
- Knowledge and training in safeguarding assignments.
- Manage overall running of a Nursing Home.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team, providing clinical guidance and training.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Lead quality assurance and champion resident wellbeing.
