Residential Care Director

Field View Care Recruitment Solutions is excited to offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Residential Care Director to join our team. This role involves leading our new residential care home in Redditch, Worcestershire, and ensuring that it provides high-quality care to children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Key Requirements:- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant position.
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce.
- LEVEL 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
- 'Good' or 'Outstanding' grade in recent Ofsted Inspections.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to implement and work in accordance with all aspects of the Statement of Purpose within the Children's Home. They will also be able to manage and oversee the daily operations of the home, advocating for the children and young people to thrive and reach the best possible outcomes.
Salary and Benefits:- A competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
