About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our Spa team at The Landmark London.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and consistently delivering memorable moments to our guests.

You will be required to work a 40-hour shift per week, on a shift rota.

Key Requirements:

  • To hold an NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy Qualification.
  • To ensure the Spa treatment rooms and relaxation areas are kept to the highest standard of cleanliness and comply with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
  • To prepare lifestyle guides/recommendations for each guest after a treatment.
  • To re-stock amenities in the treatment rooms and ESPA/VOYA products.
  • To be the consummate professional at all times, with immaculate appearance and excellent customer service.
