About the Role

At our prestigious clinic in Notting Hill, we seek a skilled Treatment Therapist to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Clinic Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding our high standards of service.



Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of treatments, including facials and massages, with a focus on client relaxation and satisfaction.
  • Maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards, ensuring they are clean, organised, and fully stocked before each appointment.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinic team to deliver outstanding experiences and consistently uphold our brand values.
  • Uphold all health and safety standards and follow clinic protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and team members.


Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a qualified Treatment Therapist, ideally in a premium clinic or spa setting.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification) required; additional certifications in specific treatments (such as advanced facials or massage techniques) are a plus.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences for every client.
  • A competitive hourly rate of £14-£17, depending on skills and experience, plus commission and tips.
